How much is delivery?
All orders over 500AED are shipped free of charge. Orders under 500AED have a 20AED delivery fee.
When will my order be dispatched?
In Stock: Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Refurbishment in Progress: These devices will be dispatched within 5 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll process the cancellation immediately. Refunds take 3-5 working days.

Warranty & Repairs
What does the warranty cover?
Our 12-month limited warranty covers any manufacturer defects or technical faults. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
